Sometimes the best things come in small packages. Artistry, craftsmanship and the love of nature come together to form this beautifully sculptured, steampunk-esque, songbird. These precious pieces are meticulously crafted by Jim and Tori Mullan, with a mixture of metallic numbers, gears and other curious parts and pieces. And it all works in perfect harmony to give this inanimate object a new song to sing. It’s the beauty of nature reimagined. They have a large body of work with other examples out there, however getting your hands on one can be a bit elusive, as rare birds typically are. We’re on the hunt to add more to our collection, but until then, we will continue to appreciate this wonderful creature of art and nature.
